Is it just me or are things warming up around here?
I’m not talking about Springtime or Global Warming. I’m talking about the Real Estate Market. Almost all of the Realtors I have talked with over the past 3-4 weeks have said the same thing: That they are getting busy with buyers who want to buy.
It feels the same way here at Orion Mortgage Corporation. As a Mortgage Broker in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, we have been working with some clients for many months and other clients who have just been referred to us. Both groups seem to be jumping into the buying pool with both feet right now.
It looks like “Hope Springs Eternal” for a great Springtime for Buyers and Sellers and the professionals that help them!
